Application Form 

Terms for accepting applications. 

1. To be eligible for acceptance applications must be for profit enterprises. This can include impact/ social enterprises for profit. 
2. Applicants must be applying on behalf of an enterprise that is based in Taranaki. 
3. The Applicant must be authorised by all partners in the enterprise to apply for and receive funds on their behalf and be able to evidence this authority if required by Venture Taranaki Trust. 
4. Applications close Monday 21 October 2024. Applications submitted beyond this date will not be accepted. 
5. Venture Taranaki Trust will not be responsible for a failure to receive a submitted application within the application period regardless of the cause of this failure. 
6. The following applications will not be accepted: 
   • Incomprehensible or incomplete applications; 
   • Applications that Venture Taranaki Trust determines contain offensive content; 
   • Applications that are false or misleading or contain content that is false or misleading; 
   • Those that do not comply with these terms and conditions.  
   • Applications from employees and contractors of Venture Taranaki Trust and their spouses, partners and children, including children of partners or spouses. 
7. Venture Taranaki will appoint a funding allocation committee to review all eligible applications. The committee will be responsible for assessing the merits of each application and making decisions about the distribution of grants. 
8. Decisions made by the funding allocation committee are at the absolute discretion of the committee and Venture Taranaki Trust. 
9. Venture Taranaki Trust’s decision and the decision of the committee is final on all matters relating to the ScaleUp fund.
