If you want to be part of our great team, the Tegel New Plymouth plant are looking for great process workers who are enthusiastic, physically fit, hard-working and reliable.

As a process worker in one of our various chicken processing departments you will experience a work environment that is fast paced, dynamic and very team oriented. Core strength would be needed to meet the physical requirements of the role. Flexibility to assist with overtime and an immediate start will be highly valued by Tegel.

Ideally, successful candidates will possess the following attributes and experience:

Reliable, punctual and determined to be at work every day
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Must be physically fit, strong and able do heavy lifting on regular basis
Ability to work in a team environment
We work Monday-Friday with overtime available and the odd Saturday when needed. We work most public holidays. We also have a variety of different departments and start times which is great for a work-life balance. On the job training will be provided to the successful candidates.
