The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Project team in New Plymouth. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to all project team members, assisting in the accurate processing of project related documentation and administration work including database management, whilst taking an active involvement in the improvement and documentation of JLE processes and systems.

You will need exceptional communication, relationship management and time management skills. We need someone who is extremely passionate about providing superior solutions and has the desire to not only grow and develop in their own career but our business as a whole.

Duties

Data Entry, filing and scanning
Process project related weekly documentation accurately and within expected timeframes
Arrange equipment and purchase orders for project team members
Assist with compiling quality and hazardous dossiers
Provide cost management support to project teams
Respond to client, supplier, and vendor queries in a timely manner
Coordinate travel and accommodation
Ensure project health, safety and quality assurance objectives are achieved and maintained in accordance with the company’s standards
What are we looking for?

Previous experience in an administration role
Highly proficient in MS Excel and Word and computer software programs
Ability to manage and organise office effectively and professionally
Basic financial accounting knowledge
Strong time Management, planning and organisation skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Exposure and understanding of HSE management
Experience in administration of industrial and infrastructure sectors
