The Information and Support team is responsible for day-to-day administration support within the Connections & Funding service of our organisation. The team is national, with administrators based in our local offices and reporting to a national manager.

As a Team Support Administrator, you will welcome people into our office, be an expert in key systems (databases and phones) and will undertake a wide variety of tasks each day. Often, you will be the organisation’s first contact with disabled people, their whānau and services supporting them via phone and face to face.

Your role is focused on providing quick and accurate data entry and office administration ensuring team members have the equipment, tools and resources to do their roles. You are part of a team delivering quality services to disabled people.



Note: This is a permanent fulltime role working 37.5 hours per week - 8:30am – 4:30pm - within our Taranaki office.



As a Team Support Administrator for Your Way | Kia Roha the successful applicant will have:

IT knowledge and experience with databases and Microsoft programs
Experience in customer service, in particular making and receiving phone calls
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relate to a range of people from diverse cultural backgrounds, including people with limited verbal communication
Experience in an environment where confidentiality is imperative
The ability to work well as part of a local and national team
Hold a current driver’s licence.
